1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of EAGA Concierge and related services provided by EAGA Innovations LLC ("EAGA," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using EAGA Concierge, you agree to these Terms.

2. EAGA Concierge

EAGA Concierge is an AI-powered personal assistant designed to help users organize information and manage activities such as schedules, calendar events, reminders, tasks, memories, expenses, meeting information, and other supported content.

Features may be added, changed, improved, limited, or removed as the service evolves.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, and for activity occurring through your account. You should notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Subscriptions and Free Trials

Certain EAGA Concierge features may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing periods, and any available free trial will be presented before purchase.

Purchases made through an application marketplace, including the Apple App Store or Google Play, are also subject to the billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund policies of the applicable marketplace.

5. AI-Generated Information

EAGA Concierge may use artificial intelligence to interpret requests, summarize information, organize content, and provide assistance. AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation.

You are responsible for reviewing important information before relying on it or taking action based on it.

6. Reminders, Notifications, and Scheduling

EAGA Concierge may provide reminders, notifications, scheduling assistance, and other time-sensitive features. Delivery may depend on device settings, operating systems, network connectivity, permissions, third-party services, and other factors outside our control.

You should not rely on EAGA Concierge as the sole method of receiving critical, emergency, medical, legal, financial, safety, or other time-sensitive information.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse EAGA Concierge, interfere with the operation or security of the service, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, use the service in violation of applicable law, or use the service in a manner that infringes the rights of others.

8. Your Content

You retain responsibility for content and information you submit to EAGA Concierge. You grant us the rights necessary to process, store, transmit, and otherwise handle that content as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the service.

9. Intellectual Property

EAGA Concierge, including its software, branding, design, logos, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to EAGA Innovations LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Third-Party Services

EAGA Concierge may rely on or interact with third-party platforms, application stores, cloud services, artificial intelligence services, payment or subscription services, and other providers. We are not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or policies of third-party services.

11. Availability and Changes

We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that EAGA Concierge will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may perform maintenance or modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service when reasonably necessary.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EAGA Concierge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EAGA Innovations LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, EAGA Concierge.

14. Termination

You may stop using EAGA Concierge at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary, including for violations of these Terms, misuse of the service, security concerns, or legal requirements.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date shown above. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
